- 6 whole Zucchini
- 1 pack Edamame Bean
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 handful Coriander
- 1 handful Mint
- 1 pinch Coconut Flakes
- 1 Fresh Lime

Here's a recipe to help you prepare this mouth watering meal:Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the fillets to prevent sticking.Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
