Apricot Jam & Desert Lime Breakfast Parfait

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 1/4 cup Lang's Gourmet Apricot Jam
  • 2 tbsp Lime zest
  • Fresh apricots, sliced (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)


  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and desert lime zest. Mix well to incorporate the zest into the yogurt.
  • Take a glass or a parfait dish and start layering the ingredients. Begin with a spoonful of the Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt. Use a spoon to spread it evenly.
  • Drizzle a tablespoon of apricot jam over the granola layer.
  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or dish, alternating between yogurt, granola, and apricot jam. You can create as many layers as you desire.
  • Once you've finished layering, garnish the top of the parfait with a dollop of Greek yogurt, fresh apricot slices, and a sprig of mint leaves for added freshness.
  • Serve the Apricot Jam and Desert Lime Breakfast Parfait immediately and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures.
